Enable the 'Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app' setting

When attempting to add the upgraded HubSpot visualforce page to a tab in the Lightning object Edit page in Salesforce, the visualforce pages are not available.  Please enable the 'Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app' setting to the HubSpot visualforce pages.  I would be nice not to be restricted to adding the visualforce page components to the already cluttered page layouts.

Hello, selecting the "Available for Lightning Experience, Experience Builder sits, and the mobile app" checkbox with the new visualforce window is now LIVE in all portals.

This is a separate visualforce window from the legacy feature and you will need to follow the complete install and set-up instructions in the knowledge base article. We do not automatically remove the legacy feature once installed.

Hi, the feature is slowly rolling out to customers. If you want early access, send me a DM with your Hub ID and we can get you added to the beta.

Hub ID can be found in your HubSpot URL: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/{hubID}/objects/0-1/views/5471370/list

I jumped the gun a bit by saying it was delivered (rather than in beta). Sorry about that!

Hi Marc, we removed the prominent lead score in favor of customizing the view. You can add Lead Score to the About this Contact view. You can also create a custom lead score and add it to that view (which was previously not possible).

We're looking into customization for the visualforce window so if you have feedback on how this could work better for your customers, we'd love to learn more!

Given that lightning and dynamic forms is the future, Hubspot needs to get on this. Especially given how easy it is to do.

@WinnieHien Thanks for the update on these new Visualforce pages that can now be made available outside of the Salesfoce page layout. I am curious if the removal of the HubSpot score was intentional? That is currently one of the main components featured on the current Visualforce page, and it is not available at all on this new Visualforce page?

The HubSpot_Embed_Account_v2  VS page does not work for Person Accounts in Salesforce in terms of that it does not show marketing emails/engagement etc for that person so it will not give users in Salesforce an overview of what is happening from a marketing perspective. The legacy Account Intelligence page does show this information.

The HubSpot_Embed_Contact_v2 VS page needs to be made available on the Person Account object Page Layouts in Salesforce &/or in the Account Lightning Record Page builder on the Account object, preferably both.

DISREGARD THIS ... I realized I need to add the Visualforce component and then I'm able to add the new embed page that way.

I need to be able to add the embed v2 to a Lightning Record Page. I have selected the option "Available for Lightning ..." but the component still does not display for me in the Lightning App Builder.

I have checked the security and I'm a system admin in SF.

So this part from the help does not seem to be working:

To add the HubSpot Embed window to the Lightning app builder:

  • In your Salesforce account, in the left sidebar, search for and click Visualforce Pages.
  • For each HubSpot_Embed_[object]_V2 page, click Edit
  • Select the Available for Lighting Experience, Experience Builder sites, and the mobile app checkbox.
  • Repeat these steps for each object type.

Any help would be appreciated!

This is NOT AVAILABLE for the Lighting record page.  How can we enable this for the Record page? We can see that this is only available for page layouts
