Enable reassign replies in Conversations (No longer possible to automatically reassign a chat)

Currently, the reassign replies feature has been taken off from the Availability toggle on HubSpot Conversations; this was a feature my clients loved, especially for Retail or fast passed support since, as a Service Rep, you can leave your work environment even if you had some assigned contacts on your inbox. But could rest assured that the issue could be escalated to someone else if they weren't available; a great functionality...

Now that option is completely gone, out of the blue, please make it available again as an optional toggle or a hidden configuration somewhere; this is HORRIBLE, especially since many people in the team really on this feature. We wonder whether to switch to a better conversation provider now to avoid this massive accumulation of unanswered chats.

We don't know how much this lack of the feature affects our sales; every minute we don't reply in time could be to close or not to close a deal in our use case. And I assume many other companies as well
