This is a big one for us. Why is it not possible to create folders in your inbox? In your inbox you today just see one long list will ALL e-mails you have recieved. If you have several e-mail accounts connected, it just makes it even more difficult to navigate.
Please enable the option to create folders in the inbox.
Yes such a feature would be highly appreciated. After a message has been received (and answered) we would like to have the option to move the message(thread) to a view or folder. Just like in regular inboxes.
Yes, I was just asking the same questions, I want to arcgive and create folders for all of my closed tickets per year so that i only work with my current year's tickets so it will be GREAT if this option can be available
