I think many people could benefit from having notifications sent by text or Skype for new and existing conversations within the chatbot. I know my team isn't always logged into Hubspot and can't always be on email to constantly monitor incoming notifications from Hubspot.
Totally agree with this suggestion. For capabilities like Chatbot, where synchronous response is needed to satisfy the prospect, email does not suffice and almost guarantees a failure to respond in a timely fashion.
