Enable SSO for Professional Plan

With more businesses now moving to cloud apps and businesses looking to secure these SSO should be available on some of the lower tiers not just the Enterprise tier. With the likes of Azure Active Directory, G Suite, Okta etc more midsized businesses are also implementing SSO not just top tier enterprises. The price difference between professional and enterprise is to prohibitive for a SME to use enterprise with Hubspot. Hubspot also feature on https://sso.tax as one of the worst offenders for price to enable SSO.

This is absolutely still an issue.

Hubspot is the only App we have that is not SSO which is simply inacceptable and good cause to find an alternative.

@Jaron2 Thank you very much for picking this up and reaching out! 👍
Our biggest pain point is the limitation of SSO (via Entra ID) to the Enterprise edition(s). The price jump is exorbitant and not realistic for customers who're fine with what they got in the smaller versions but just need the SSO feature.

Please think about making SSO a separate optional feature like some other SaaS-Applications do it. Could be a one time fee for additional setup cost or a small monthly addon or via the marketplace.

I'm happy to provide additional feedback or ideas.

I was just about to sign up my entire rev ops team... until I saw SSO is not included without the user being on an enteprise plan. Now that's deal breaker for us. We don't foresee needing any of the enteprise features in the next 1-3 years (except SSO). In fact, we'll probably functions well enough with a combination of the Free and Starter versions for most, and just a few on Pro.

However, even small companies like ours utilize Entra ID for SSO, not merely for login convenience, but for conditional access policies, where we ensuring users for our key systems (e.g. ERP, M365) are logging in using either corporate issued devices or approved BYOD devices. Especially with a hyrid workforce accessing potentially massive amount of sensite personal data like customer information, this is even more paramount.

@Jaron2 I think you guys should seriously consider putting the SSO feature even on the free plan, or at least on all paid plans, starting with the Starter plan, similar to all other apps we use. Conditional access data security feature is just seem to me so basic nowadays especially for personal data. Happy to get on a call if you need more insights.

I also agree,

Hubspot should not be charging customers to secure their identities effectively.  It doesn't provide enhancements to the package, just greatly improves your customers security.

It is very common to offer this as standard security practice - it might even help the outlook add-in stay connected if we had SSO option with Microsoft.

This should definetly be high in the improvement list for hubspot...
