Enable SLA application for tickets created via workflows or manual entry

Currently, HubSpot allows Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to be applied to conversations that have an associated ticket. However, there is no built-in functionality to automatically apply SLAs to tickets created through workflows or manually by team members. This limitation can lead to inconsistencies in service delivery and make it difficult to ensure that SLAs are always adhered to, regardless of how the ticket is created.

 

I propose that HubSpot enhance its functionality to automatically apply SLAs to tickets created through workflows or entered manually, ensuring consistent and efficient service management.
