Enable Prospecting Agent as a Data Source in Custom Reports and Customer Journey Builder

The new Prospecting Agent is a powerful tool for automating outreach, but currently, its activities are not available as data sources in Custom Reports or the Customer Journey Builder. This limitation hinders our ability to analyze and optimize the performance of different selling profiles.

 

Request:
Please add the Prospecting Agent as a selectable data source in:

  • Custom Report Builder

  • Customer Journey Builder

  • Any relevant activity/event-based reporting tools

Use Case:

  • Optimize Selling Profiles: We need to assess the effectiveness of various selling profiles by analyzing email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and reply rates.

  • Segment Analysis: It's crucial to segment performance data by contact or account criteria (e.g., industry, company size, persona) to understand which profiles resonate with specific segments.

  • Down-Funnel Metrics: Beyond initial engagement, we want to track downstream metrics like deal creation, pipeline progression, etc.

Integration to HubSpot's standard reporting tools would provide needed insights to optimize our use of the Prospecting Agent and improve overall sales performance.
