Enable OR (between groups), AND (within group) in list filters

Can we get the ability to use AND (between groups) and OR (within groups) logic in list filters? Please! Would reduce the need to clone so many groups. Consider this situation:

-- contacts have all of these criteria (AnD) group one

AND

-- are a member of List A OR list B OR List C
