Enable Dependent Display Text in Form

We would like our form to be able to use dependencies to display a rich text message (rather than an input field). 

Because we get many inquiries via our contact form, we want to be able to guide people to right place - sometimes an FAQ or an email address is best for their issue type, rather than a form submission. This type of conditional display text is a standard option in other form builders.

It's frustrating that this isn't an option with so many people in need for it. 

It also seems to be quite a "stock standard" feature of every other form software out there.

Same.  I would like to ability to say "this selection is not a current option" and maybe add a hyperlink to guide them to the right form or FAQ.

I thought that such a basic feature already existed, but when I needed it, I realized that it didn't! 😭
