Enable Daily Sending Limits for Workflows

With Apple's change in privacy practices nearly a year ago, we're definitely hurting in terms of driving engagement with email. So that means we're becoming as focused as possible on making sure we're delivering to the inbox. 

 

We have many companies with many contacts, and sending marketing emails looks anecdotally like we're hitting spam filters (we're also targeting Fortune 1000 companies). 

 

One idea for counterbalancing these changes is add a daily sending limit feature to workflows. We have sending caps for connected inboxes and for sales emails, but not marketing emails. But if we send 100 contacts an email to the same company within five minutes, we're probably going to get blocked. 

 

Much better: being able to drip emails on in much smaller batches over a longer period of time.

 

Also, for the sake of sharing/illustrating... this list is basically contacts who've simply opened an email or visited our site (but aren't considered unengaged contacts). Apple made changes on, I believe, 9/21/21, so you can see that we just fall off a cliff from there. Same sending volumes, etc.Screen Shot 2022-07-12 at 10.55.37 AM.png
