Enable Chatbot to automatically create contact records
Hello,
We just thought of how helpful chatbot will be because we receive an influx of prospects who wish to make inquiries about or use our services. The chatbot, as usual, engages the website visitor and asks them basic information - their details like name, email address, and phone number. If the bot is not able to solve their problems, they are then assigned to a sales team member who will take them up from there.
However, we wish that the chatbot will be able to automatically create such contacts after they have given their details, and we will not have to manually create the contact after each conversation.
