Emil settings - smart rules for From name and From address
Without abbility to create smart rules for name and address recipients will see, I need to create email clones (for example - same email content, but sent from Onboarding or Ongoing Support agent, based on onboarding status of a client)
agree, it would be super great if an email could come from sales rep A for sales rep A's owned contacts, and email could come from sales rep B for sames rep B's owned contacts, etc.
Agreed. I regularly send "closing tombstone" emails on behalf of the four brokers I work for. Right now, I have to clone 8 emails (each broker has two lists which are different audiences and thus, need different content displayed in the email and subject line).
I'm able to use Smart Rules for this aspect, which cuts my workload down to just one email per broker, but I still need to clone it four times (one for each broker) because I cannot add a Smart Rule to the From Name or From Email fields.
Would love for this to be implemented.
