I want to propose a new feature for the chatbot, or maybe chat in general, to be able to embed sound files for checking different error messages.
The goal will be to make it more easy for clients to check error sound messages in stead of having to open a support page where the sound files is located. It will remove the friction of doing extra step to check sound for error and understand what is wrong.
