Embed "Start Task" Flow in the Customer Success Workspace
I just migrated our CS org to Service Hub Enterprise. The move made sense for a lot of reasons but a key benefit is the Customer Success Workspace. I know it's still in Beta, and knowing HubSpot, the workspace will become more robust and configurable overtime.
I'd like to put an enhancement on the team's radar though.
If a user navigates to the traditional Tasks page - they can click "Start X tasks" and it navigates them through each associated record to fully execute the task I.E. enabling them to send that email or make that call.
In the CS Workspace, they don't have that same option. They can close out a task or manually click through to the associated records but that experience is less efficient.
I'd love to see the "Start Tasks" flow become available through the CS Workspace UI, specifically on the Tasks tab.
Hi! This is very much on our radar and something we're planning to address in the near future. I don't have an exact timeline and we might have a slightly different solution from the general tasks page but we're going to make it easier to work through tasks.
