When creating private content in the knowledge base, I can determine viewership through lists. If a customer is on the list and not registered, they receive an email to register. This is a really scary way to send a transactional email. There have been a few times where customers have been sent a transactional email upon error. A really terrible experience and I wish there was a stopgap asking if I am sure I want to circulate this email to "X" number of people. Its a terrible user experience and its scary to publish or delegate writing private content.
