Our company has customers who are members of local community groups and we need to email all of the group members in one email using the blind cc' function. We have tried to copy and paste the entire emails list for specific groups and paste them in the blind cc, but the system will not allow us to do this. We have to individually enter every group member's email address into the blind cc' field, which is exptremely time consuming if it's a large group. These are not marketing emails, so the customer care team is not able to send them through a marketing campaign. These are informational emails specific to that particular community group.
Please fix the functionality so we can compose an email from the conversation inbox and paste up to 100 email addresses in the blind cc field. This is extremely important to the way we do business.
