Email sent from CRM should not be flagged as spam

I have noticed that emails I send from the CRM have a very high probability of not being noticed probably because they end in the recipient Spam folder.

 

I am not the only one with this problem. Lots of people are complaining about this in the community forums. 

 

I am referring to emails I send manually from the CRM to people who know us and are expecting emails from us. Most of them are not opened or replied to. When I send the same email from G-Suite with disabling the mail tracking and logging options, most people reply immediately. 

 

I don't know what is the problem but there is a problem and it seems pretty bad. It's really problematic when emails sent from a CRM don't reach their recipients. I wish I could be more specific but I really hope you will look into this.
