Email conversation Template analytics and campaign
When trying to determine the success of Sales outreach, having some data to analyze is key. We need email templates analytics to provide the same kind of data we are provided on marketing emails. Breakdown of titles, industries, a list of who was sent the email. We should also be able to add these templates into a campaign such as a Sales Outreach campaign. There should be a way to measure or identify if a deal was entered (even at the product inquiry level) based on this outreach. Ideally be able to also further breakdown the data to see attribution between email sent and deal closed won.
These are often very different activities than marketing run campaigns as they are based on activities Sales reps are taking.
We need to be able to evaluate these activites and identify successful trends so that we can promote the use of these activities to other reps company-wide in order to generate more sales. We need to be able to measure the success so we can share the recipe! 🙂
