Scenario: If you go to send an email inside of a ticket, deal, account, etc. in Hubspot, and you choose a Template Email, there is no way to delete it if you want to. I have tried closing the tab, refreshing the page, etc. Once you select an email template, it stays pre-filled in the send email function, until you send it, or delete it all manually and send another email to the contact(s). There should be a Trash (Discard) button, like you can do to an email in Gmail. Seems like basic functionality that is missing. I made a quick loom video further explaining the issue:
