"To" - This field should be at default set to contact:email, but with the option to override in templates - This would be useful for sending a 3rd party information on that particular client/deal (eg: sending accounts team a follow up on a deal. We work in finance and need to send approval emails to 3rd parties like the customers employer and finance company. This is all done manually outside the CRM at the moment)
"CC" - Reading the community comments, this is truly overdue.
"BCC" - As above

The CC & BCC fields could have the option for contact:email or deal:email, so if the "To" is set to a 3rd party, the deal contact can then be CC'd in
We also have templates that need to go to our customers and also to a specific email for approval. Each template needs a unique CC address and it would be great to be able to integrate it into the template instead of manually adding each time.
My boss is complaining why this feature isn't available within the system. If we have the ability to send one on one contact emails, sending a copy back to the company email shouldn't be an issue.
And more than one allowed in the CC and BCC options, please! If mail merging, it would be great to just put in one CC or BCC and have it only count for one email submission instead of copying every single email on a mail merge and "charging" multiple emails to the daily "spend".
