We are a sales organization and have hundreds of email templates inside of Hubspot. While there are reports that show the overall performance of a template, there is no way to dive into that data and see all the contacts who were sent that template and opened it. I would like to be able to see a contact list of everyone who opened the email and be able to sort that list by who opened it the most, highest to lowest. If someone has opened an email 8 times and not yet replied, they should be at the top of my list for a follow-up phone call. I would start every day with that report if it existed, as it would help identify the warmest leads. All the data exists already within Hubspot, we just need this report to pull it together in a more actionable way.
It would also be helpfult to be able to filter out templates that have less than 10 sends. That way you can see templates with an open rate of X% but filter out templates that might have inflated open rates due to limited sends.
Wow! This idea has been kicking around since 2017 (I've seen it in a few places). I am surprised HubSpot has not picked up on it. It would be very helpful!
I've been looking into this as well, and would really like some type of analytics on the current email templates that we are using. Hopefully this gets resolved!
This feature would be amazing, and customers have been asking for it. With the new beta source under reports, having the template name there is a must 🙂
It would be great to easily identify who oppened the e-mail models. Actually in the sales e-mail beta report, we only can filter the e-mail by their ID's.
