It would be great if Hubspot could create some sort of calendar feature for Email that tells you what email are going to be sent to what people on a specific date.
I'm finding that if people reach certain entry criteria after a workflow has been turned on it's almost impossible for me to track what emails they will receive or when.
Even if there was an option for contacts to only receive 1 email a day or something like that.
The best outcome would be if there was a calendar tool that allowed you to plot when emails would be sent and who receives them so you can check for any overlap.
I was looking for something similar, just a general "all currently scheduled "communications" or "marketing" emails" in list or calendar view , though.
Along the same lines... I have numerous email sequences and I need to be able to see the daily grand total of those scheduled emails from the overlapping sequences. For example some sort of table showing all future dates and the total scheduled emails:
