Current solution: Email Capture allows us to ask vistors for their email address:
1. Immediately after first message is sent.
2. If no team member responds after 1 minute
3. Do not ask for email address
Request: This 1 minute period is quite fast, especially for small teams. Could we have an option to change the time period manually?
Goal: Email Capture will function as an away message (when we're legitimately away, not just unresponsive for 1 minute).
