Editing association labels should trigger the 'associationChange' webhook

Currently, the 'associationChange' webhook is only sent on association creation or deletion.  It would be really useful if the same webhook could be triggered when a user edits the association labels.  

It would be even better if the 'associationChange' webhook payload could include a list of association labels.  Currently, this can be obtained by making an additional call to the 'List' endpoint in the Associations v4 API.  It would be nice to simply receive the list of labels in the original 'associationChange' payload.

This is absolutely vital.  Seems the groundwork was already there in the association payload as it contains flags for association changed.
