Create the possibility for an end user to save "in progess" edits and 'share' their form while it's in edit mode. Therefore, if a few people in a team that need to provide information for the form, it can be shared while it's in process. For me, it's a business use case where I send an intake form to a client who might have a few persons in their company help them fill out the form completely before submitting!
It would be similar to google doc edit share feature.
