It would be great if there was the option to make the moving deals backwards an editable option so that only certain users/teams can move deals backwards instead of it being everyone or no one.
And I totally agree with everyone else - making these same Pipeline Rules available to Tickets and Custom Objects. If it's built for Deals it should be built across all object types.
