It would be really useful to be able to create and edit 'help text' against each property as required.
This help text would either appear when you hover over the property title (or a ? or something similar) or show the text inline.
The text would be visible against each property within the main records, the side views / previews and the Create forms (Create Contact, Create Company, Create Deal etc)
This would reduce errors and help users to use the properties correctly.
This is essential. Hubspot has a course on frictionless sales, but I spend 1/2 my day fighting with our admin about things that didn't get imputted correctly into fields (properties). Zoho has this.
This would be helpful to set the naming convention for properties - especially something like "deal name" that is a Hubspot property that is not editable, even the description. This is available in Forms and is extremely helpful. Of course would prefer only for those with Super Admin access
