My team runs its clients through the same pipeline and has different people handle different stages. Some of the properties we have made are only relevant to specific teams/stages. If we could hide stages in the deal board views, like saving filters, I could clean up each teams' views so there's less chaos.
Hi everyone, in case you haven't already seen the feature, there is now a way for users to collapse any stages they don't wish to see while on the board view. You'll notice small arrows for each column/stage on the board view. Users can collapse/reopen any stage in their board view and it won't impact anyone else's board view. I hope this helps!
We similarly would like to hide whole stages in some views, includnig the default view. We move completed projects and cancelled (never bid) deals to a "separate stage." We're happy to keep them, but over a year, between completed, and cancelled, and lost, lots of things build up, and they are not important for everyone to see all the time. Definitely would help.
Is there a way to hide stages with 0 deals in them? I would like to be able to selected the stage when appropriate, and then have that stage again be visible in the window, but be hidden when it has no deals. I have a lot of stages that only apply to a handful of deals... Please help.
This would be really helpful for our fulfillment processes. Currently, in board view, we have to scroll to the quite a bit to get to the relevant stages.
I wonder if I can create a 'deals-view' in which I can leave out a certain sales stage. Or a view in which I can just see deals in a certain sales stage. (For example: In my sales pipeline I don't want to see the MQL's) I would be great if this feature is available.

Well, the new feature is definitely something, but I guess if this what passes for requirements then that can pass for "delivered." Compressing columns is helpful, but it doesnt really get old opportunities out of the way "enough." But as i say, it is something and a little helpful for us.
This is exactly what we need – but not only for deals but for all pipelines. I would like to be able to completely hide certain pipeline stages for certain users or teams. We have pipelines with 20 and more stages and it's a problem if everybody has to always see the whole pipeline. We're also automating a lot of stuff and have stages that are simply not meant for people to even know they exist. Therefore, collapsing stages are not enough – we would like to hide them completely (ideally this could be solved the same way you've solved property access).
