Edit the subject line of emails received as an Admin

We are testing out email notifications for lodgement of enquiries, feedback, complaints, compliments and incidents.

Every email I receive as Admin is titled with a very wordy subject line e.g. Contact reconversion by submitting on HubSpot Form "Compliment"

I am wanting to edit the subject line so it only reads "enquiry, feedback, complaint, compliment or incident" and perhaps the name of the sender if possible?

Anyone else wanting to do this too?

Seconded! It would be beneficial to be able to change the subject line of notification emails that go out, such as contact reconversion notifications. This allows for better organization of email notifications.

Subject lines throughout all communications should be customizable. The existing subject lines are not useful for us or our clients.

Other systems allow this and they cost half the price of Hubspot.  Surely it wouldn't be that difficult?

Yes please! We have many forms for different areas that rely on email notifcations as part of the workflow and members of those teams have to sift through the multiple emails. They do have access to HS but not form data.
