Edit the subject line of emails received as an Admin
We are testing out email notifications for lodgement of enquiries, feedback, complaints, compliments and incidents.
Every email I receive as Admin is titled with a very wordy subject line e.g. Contact reconversion by submitting on HubSpot Form "Compliment"
I am wanting to edit the subject line so it only reads "enquiry, feedback, complaint, compliment or incident" and perhaps the name of the sender if possible?
Seconded! It would be beneficial to be able to change the subject line of notification emails that go out, such as contact reconversion notifications. This allows for better organization of email notifications.
Yes please! We have many forms for different areas that rely on email notifcations as part of the workflow and members of those teams have to sift through the multiple emails. They do have access to HS but not form data.
