Once you setup a new goal with filters, it's not then possible to make edits to the filters. You can edit some elements within the goal but not the filters which means you have to create new goals if your criteria changes.
This is another classic example of how clunky hubspot are with their modules. I could change a filter in 30secs with a pivot table in excel. Who is the person that locks down all the variables across the HS tools? It's like you're riding a pretty bike without a seat most of the time.
AGREED 100%. It's incredibly hindering to not be ablet to simply edit a filter. for an existing goal...instead we need to start over with an new template for each employee or team and add or remove which ever criteria (filter) has changed.
