Edit HubSpot Ticket Notifications and ability to duplicate
When ticket gets created or closed we have setup workflow notifications but the email is standard and cannot be changed (sender, message contents, subject...) this is a big limitation.
Agreed, please add the ability to customize system notifications for comments made on individual tickets.
