Edit HubSpot Ticket Notifications and ability to duplicate

When ticket gets created or closed we have setup workflow notifications but the email is standard and cannot be changed (sender, message contents, subject...) this is a big limitation.

Same here, every e-mail which is sent to clients should be customizable
