We sometimes have the case that customers rate us CSAT 2 out of 7, and then they write an email or respond to our success team, that they did not understand the rating well and wanted to have 6 out of 7 instead.
Now, we cannot change the rating but only delete it, which is unfortunate if at the same time we wanna keep the text message (which often already is an indicator customers got the rating wrong).
It should be possible to grant permission to specific users to correct customer ratings.
Or at least resend the link in order to the customer change his own rate.
