Edit Customer Portal Login Page

Love the new customer portal, we launched it already to a beta group of clients for feedback! I'm sure more features are coming, but it would be really helpful to be able to edit the login page navigation and copy for the external users. Hubspot customers will have all types of applications for the portal, so the message here would be able to be specific. As an example:

 

  • "Sign in to view this page" for us would be
    • Sign Into the Client Support Portal
  • "This page is only available to people who have been given access." is awkward, and has a widow regardless of screen size(?). For us would be:
    • The portal is available to clients, if you would like to receive an invitation, contact xxxx@xxxx.com
  • The ability to edit the header navigation would be great too, so we could direct users to other resources, SaaS application log in, or even a link to request access to the portal through a form!

And as well change the copyright text on the bottom.

I agree the above items would be helpful. We do have a separate registration form, but at a different URL. 

 

How did you get your logo/image to the login page? I do not have that even though I setup my Customer Portal Branding with a logo...

Couldn't agree more with this. 

The current log in experience for users is clunky and confusing.

Yes, the ability to explain it account creation and login process with a brief custom message would be very helpful!

It's such a no brainer, we actually are stuck with an old logo on the login page and currently there is no way to edit it outside of Design Manager.

Have you heard of the Customer Service Portal app? It allows you to customize the portal to your liking:

You can invite users by sending them your custom domain and even set up blocking for any unwanted contacts. I'm already well-versed in how it works so if you have any questions, fire away!

Yes, it would be really helpful if we can edit Portal Client Templates. Any news on that ?
