We are a business group with several business units on our account, different businesses for marketing and business development. We want to be able to change the business unit when creating payment links so that it doesn't just default to the primary business unit, in the same way you can change the business unit in other areas, like forms, meetings, and emails.
Why have the ability to have multiple business units if you can't edit the payments for each business?
This product is for our Business Development company but the only way I can edit the logo is if I change the default business unit and its branding.
This product and link are for our Business Development company, NowRise Business, but the only way I can edit the logo is if I change the default business unit and its branding.
If there are any other companies that have multiple business units that sell products and services, this could be useful to brand the links to the business units and not just the default account. There would be less confusion for clients as well.
I agree, I have multiple business units. I want to take payments with different stripe accounts on each business unit with the quotes system but hubspot doesn't have this functionality. What's the point of having business units if you want to take payments through Stripe fr individual businesses. Please could you look at this Hubspot.
It would be ideal to be able to set up multiple payment accounts (either HubSpot or Stripe) for one business unit. Our organization manages 5 different consumer brands. For liability purposes, we have to set up different LLCs for each location under that one brand. This means we have different bank accounts for each LLC, even though all of those LLCs use the shared sales and marketing resources and assets. So, Brand 1 has Location 1 (with a bank account) and Location 2 (with a different bank account) and Location 3 (with a different bank account). Brand 2 also has this set up, and so on.
The ability to set up and attribute multiple bank accounts/Stripe accounts to not only your HubSpot account, but to each business unit is necessary for us to be able to use the payment feature at all.
@cchacon almost a year and still no traction of key functionality for advanced users. This is a great tool if it worked the way it should for organizations with more than one business unit.
Upvote, this limitation makes the payment links useless for half of our entire business. Getting less value in business units than our previous account.
Again, another one where business units really need a little more love, considering they are such a high-value part of the platform. Support for multiple stripe accounts for multiple business units is kind of essential.
Can't believe this. Want to run an MVP to see whether makes sense for our devs to create a checkout process within our Hubspot landing pages (as opposed to our off-Hubspot main website).
Landing pages created, Stripe account connected, payment links configured....and we have the branding from our regulated entity as opposed to the non-regulated business unit we want to run the test for...
Business Units definitely need more love, this is unforgivable, as is the fact that Subscription Preference pages have default BU branding as well....
