Easily delete attachments that come over from the Outlook integration into HubSpot
My company uses the Outlook integration with HubSpot so emails from Outlook can also be logged to the contact record in HubSpot. At one point, we enabled the logging of attachments as well. However, attachments that are logged to a contact record due to the Outlook integration are not easily accessible. I was told by a HubSpot rep that these attachments are saved to the File Manager, but are hidden. As such, customers cannot access these files. I need a way to easily delete certain attachments/files, without having to go to each individual contact record in HubSpot to delete the attachment. It becomes quite tedious and unmanageable with a large database of contacts. Please make these files accessible to customers in the File Manager?
