I'm trying to recreate something I built in MailChimp using Merge Tags and Dynamic Insertion, in Hubspot, but I've hit a wall. Would love to know if some of you have found a workaround.
I have a landscaping company that I work with and we're looking to send out weekly emails telling customers about the services they're going to receive in the coming week. Some customers will see 1 service, some will see up to 5. Ideally, I want the email just to present the services they are going to get and information about them without gaps or bullet points with nothing after them in the extra placeholders.
The Ask:
How do I set it so a personalization token only presents in an email if the property it's linked to has info in it?
The Example:
Contact 1 has info in Property 1, Property 2, and Property 3
Contact 2 has info only in Property 1 and Property 3
Result:
In an email sent to a list with both of them included.
Contact 1 would see the information for Properties 1, 2, 3
Contact 2, would only see Properties 1 & 3
From everything I've seen, Smart Rules won't work, because these contacts would be on the same list. I need the trigger to be the fact that there's information in the property.
