We have a detailed, complex workflow that ideally will send a series of emails to our contacts based on how many days are left until a defined property date. Unfortunately, right now we can only set specific delays. Ideally, we would be able to have an action like this: "Delay until [date property] is less than 30 days away." The reason is that each customer has a different length of their customer journey, so we prefer to not set specific dates.
