Append the ticket/deal pipeline ID to the URL when viewing specific pipelines. This would solve a couple of problems directly and potentially facilitate implenting solutions for other issues.
Issues this would solve: 1. This would allow you to link to specific pipelines
2. This would allow you to always have tickets default to be created in the pipeline that you are currently viewing, instead of only defaulting to the current pipeline if you navigate there from a different pipeline.
