I am a user for Sales Hub Starter.
When automating a task based on a Pipeline Update, i.e, the Deal moves from Opportunity to Quoted, you can only select as a Due date the options of:
1. Inmediately
2. On a specific date, which is set as xxx days and xxx hours from the task creation
What if you could also add a 3rd option as
3. On a specific date, which is set as xxx days and xxx hours before the closing date of the deal.
If you also integrate your Calendar/Outlook with Tasks, you can have ALL AUTOMATED TASKS in your Agenda. This can be a GREAT REMINDER for everyone, to take actions BEFORE the deal expires.
In my case, this is absolutely the best improvement I could ask to Hubspot. You made a great work when you developed the integration between tasks and calendar, which was requested by the comunity for a long time, but this minor detail could improve it a lot!
