OUTDATED METHOD FOR UPLOADING & SAVING DOCUMENTS/FILES
Nearly all software platforms nowadays offer ability for users to easily drag and drop files. Instead of having to find, then select the file, then upload the file from the drive (3-4 steps every time). The current method is like driving a vehicle and having to turn the vehicle on with a crank shaft, long outdated.

It makes so much sense and much easier if users could drag and drop files (1 step) into:
Benefits are enormous to HubSpot users. Frees up users, sales teams, and agencies to focus on what they do best, rather than wasting valuable time using the old way of uploading documents.

Hi @MMT ! Thanks for posting your idea here, I just came across it while working on a similar question from another customer.
You can drag and drop files to all records, by creating a note and dropping the file into the notes section, and saving the note. The attachment to the note will then be saved on the right and side of the record under all attachments.
The same works for sending emails from contact records

In addition, a file management system would be SO good. Like, give us the opportunity to create folders inside the area of the attachments. That would be perfect! Just drag and drop the files into the folder would be so good for the organization.
@ElaineSN the notes workaround seems to have been removed. I cannot drag and drop files into notes anymore, or am I doing something wrong?
