We are trying to review our Knowledge Base and we want to make a little study about the views our articles have. I am right now in the Insights page of the Hubspot KB and I was wondering if the data in this table can be downloaded in excel or csv for our whole knowledge base, just as it can be done in the 'Articles' tab. After checking with support I saw that indeed, it is not possible to download any kind of exportable report from the 'Insights' tab.
It would be a great idea to be able to take those data to be able to analyze how our different (and very many) articles are doing.
At the moment I'm having to manually copy and paste data from the Insights page into spreadsheets and documents to report on our KB performance. It is incredibly tedious and I'm surprised a basic raw export wasn't already available given it is throughout many other aspects of Hubspot.
