It would be useful if HubSpot allowed form submissions to be downloaded as a PDF. Currently, to convert form submissions to PDF, users have to use a minimum of two other platforms to find a workaround; This is unnecessarily complicated and could be simplified by HubSpot adding a "Download as PDF" option.
@DavidWilson Yes I am running into this issue, this is a major feature that needs an upgrade!
We are utilizing hubspot forms for major events and functions, and need a proper way to export form conversions - as excel is not a suitable format because it's qualitative data with full sentences. It needs to be viewable, and exportable as a PDF, just like it comes through when you get an email notification of the submission. It's so difficult to get an email submission preview exported as a PDF, and even trying to convert it the links get broken.
@hubspot Please consider adding this feature, it would be a major upgrade for platform users. Thank you!
100% agree with this, as this will make hubspot easier to sustain with paralell tools which i use for resourcing and project management. As currenly many tool implekment all 3 but understand hubspot is more for financial, but feel even a save out button would accomodate the two areas it lacks bvy linking to an external resourcing/project management platform. is there any indiciation when this would be implemented, just a save out button feature, so small, will make a huge dramatic difference 🙂
