I have some teams using the Conversations Inboxes, and some of the communication that they rely on reviewing are from tagged notifications from field reps. All of those email notifications are automatically sent to the Filtered portion of the Conversations Inbox regardless of whitelisting firstname.lastname@example.org.
It would be great if we could change the email from which CRM Notifications are sent so that those email notifications roll into the Inbox instead of going to Filtered.

I'm excited to announce that we now support contact forms as a native channel in the Inbox in beta and we look forward to rolling it out to you all! Rather than send HubSpot notification emails to your Conversations inbox, you can now directly connect any HubSpot form to the Inbox and view submissions just like you would messages received from email, chat, or Facebook messenger.
