Don't notify me when I caused the ticket to be assigned to me

If I assign myself a ticket, I won't be notified. That's good.

But if I assign myself the associated conversation, that automatically assigns the ticket to me as well, and I get a notification.

This hits me with dozens of notifications that I don't need and makes it harder for me to notice when someone else has assigned me a ticket.
