Don't allow changing email address for submitting tickets on Customer Portal
Hi! We're working on our own Customer Portal built with HubSpot tools.
When a user submits a ticket via a form in the Customer Portal, the email address they used to log in is used by default. But they can change it manually—in this case, the ticket will be sent from the entered email address without any identity confirmation. Also, it won't be shown in the user's Portal.
This can cause significant confusion. So, we can't use the Customer Portal functionality now. Will be happy to see it fixed!
Causing lots of confusion on our portal as well. It would make sense if anything filled out in the portal was tied to the user login, not the browser cookie.
