Documents organization lacking, needs better than a flat structure
The Documents feature is severely lacking in extensibility, where you can only create one level of subfolders and the documents can't be grouped in any way—they are just presented as a random assortment of files and folders. There really needs to be at least a folder structure where documents can be better organized, that is presented through the web GUI, and even better if it can be managed through the browser extensions.
