DocuSign - Delay until event happens

The goal is to have a workflow event trigger associated to the status of a sent 'envelope' so that this can be used to automatically trigger following actions. 

For example, delay until event happens - envelope status = 'Completed', assign task to xxx to check documents etc...

This would eliminate manual checking as to status of envelopes for different customers.
