A user should not show on the forecast unless they have goals assigned, this was the case a year ago when we started using forecasting, now with the recent updates all users with a paid seat and a team show up on the forecast. This makes no sense and makes the forecast very messy to review.
I agree on the matter. My sales managers are confused as to why everyone with a sales enterprise seat shows up in the forecasting tool. There should be an ability to limit who is part of the forecasting tool even if they have a seat. I like the above suggestion that maybe show everyone for goals, and if they have a goal then you can show them in forecasts.
