Do not automatically push new values in a property to all forms

Today I discovered that when adding a new value to an existing property, the new value is automatically added to all forms using that property, even though the new value is not relevant in all instances that form is used.

Is it possible to have a 'push to all forms' option rather than it being automatically added as the default? We have hundreds of forms in multiple languages and new values need to be added to existing properties (eg when a new product is released). Going back through all of these forms to remove the value when it's not relevant is a huge waste of time.

Agree! We need this too.

Use case: We want to maintain some brand agnostic properties because they are required for certain custom record types. We aren't making separate properties and assigning to a Business Unit because we would then have to create multiple custom record types for each brand/BU in order to make those properties required for record creation.

Impact: Without ability to control which values appear on which forms, the admin must allocate time to check each form to remove values. In the time it takes to execute this, visitors to the site(s) already see values (e.g. Product Models) which are confusing and could erode brand trust.
